Seasonal Campers

(Revised rules January 2013)

1. NON-METERED CAMPSITES
There will be an extra charge of $3.00 per day for the use of air conditioners and electric heaters. This must be paid for in advance at the office.

2. PETS
Please keep your pets on a leash, this will keep them safe. Clean up after your pets. Do not leave your dogs alone if at all possible;barking dogs are a nuisance to all other campers. Pets are not allowed down by the swimming pond.

3. ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL DRUGS
No illegal drugs, excessive alcohol use, or underage drinking permitted at anytime.

4. FISHING POND/SWIMMING AREA
No glass allowed at any fishing or swimming pond. Please read rules posted at ponds.

5. TREES/BRANCHES
Please do not cut any branches or trees without first contacting Jim or Loretta.

6. FIRES
All fires must be kept in a fire pit at your sight.
IMPORTANT - Never leave your fire unattended. Before retiring for the evening, please extinguish your fire or cover with a proper lid. Any ashes should be put out and placed in a bag and set by the edge of your campsite.
DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE WOODS OR DUMP ON OR BACK OF YOUR SITE.
PINE NEEDLES ARE VERY FLAMMABLE!

7. CHILDREN
You are responsible for your children while they are on the campground. Please inform all children about fires and let them know where they are. Please do not allow them to cut through other campsites as courtesy to others campers. Children’s curfew is 10:00pm and should be at their camp site unless with an adult.

You must furnish your own

9. LAWNS
You are responsible for keeping your lawns moved and free of debris. If you are unable to get to the campground often enough to keep it at a reasonable length, please make arrangements with Jim to mow your lawn. You will be charged a $20.00 mowing fee for mowing your site. No yard waste will be allowed in dumpsters.

10. VISITORS
All visitors must stop at the office to register prior to visiting your campsite. A $5.00 charge per car must be paid in advance and have a visitor pass posted in their vehicles at all times. If your visitors are staying the night, there will be an additional fee of $5.00 per single or $17.00 per couple/family. The leaser will be responsible for the fees of their visitor if the visitor fail to pay. You may not lease your lot or trailer. Friends and relatives may not stay in your trailer without you being present. Your children (adult/minor) cannot be at the campground without you being present. Please inform Jim or Loretta if you send someone out to repair or collect something that you may have left behind.

11. PARKING
Please park on your own site at all times if at all possible.

12. NO BIKE RIDING AT DUSK OR AFTER DARK
(For your safety and others)

13. TRAILERS
No school buses are accepted as a permanent site live in trailers. Please do not build additional rooms on your current trailer. Only a deck, canvas screened house, or small shed is allowed to store your yard tools and yard furniture. You may clean the outside of your trailer if needed, but please do not wash your vehicle. Please keep your site clean and discard of any unused items in consideration of your campground and neighbors.

14. ELECTRIC BILLS
All electric meters will be read at the end of each month and bills sent. Any payments will be due by the 15th of the following month.

15. TRASH
You are required to take all trash to the dumpster.

16. EXTENDED STAY
Your lot is not considered a permanent dwelling, there is no year round residency allowed.
